Are the samples free ?

There is a fee associated with our samples at $2.50. However, there is free shipping within the United States of America.

How many samples can be requested ?

Due to limitation of the samples available, each client will be provided with 1 adult diaper (protective underwear) per sample request.

Shipping & Order

Is the shipping discreet ?

Yes, our shipping of orders are discreet. We do not list the contents of your order on the box shipped.

Who is your shipping carrier ?

USPS and UPS are the shipping carriers used by our company.

Do you ship outside the United States of America ?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping of orders take ?

Orders placed using ground shipping delivery typically take 1-4 days of shipping. The delivery of orders will vary based on the address provided. Please make reference to your tracking number for arrival of orders.

Where can I track my orders ?

There will be an email sent from Odinnma with your tracking number once order has been placed to track.

Do you accept FSA or HSA card for payment ?

FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) card payments are accepted from our website to place orders.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid or Private insurance ?

We only accept payment from MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Discover and Visa cards. You may check with your insurance company to determine if coverage is provided for incontinence products. If accepted by your insurance company, please keep a copy of your purchase receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

When Do I get Billed ?

You are billed after your purchase has been completed on an order.

Wholesale Purchases

How do I place order for wholesale purchases ?

Return Policy

What is your return policy ?

Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any open packages. If we have made an error on your order, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the order by sending an email to info@odinnma.com. We will ship the correct item immediately and provide the appropriate shipping label for return of items previously sent.


We can only accept UNOPENED PACKS in the original packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any cases returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.


Please include a note with your return, it should have your name, order number, and reason for the return. You must contact us by sending an email at info@odinnma.com before you return any item for instructions and return authorization. No returns are accepted after 10 days of receipt of the order.
